Chicken Gravy (South Indian)


Ingredients:

Chicken - 1Kg
Coconut - 1Cup
Oil - 5 tbsp
Spring Onion - 50 gms
Cashewnut - 10
Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Jeeragam - 3 tbsp
Coriander - 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Salt,Turmeric Powder

Start:

Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces (Put turmeric powder on chicken for 15mts) & keep aside.
Pour oil into the pan,put onion,fry till golden brown,put chicken,salt.pour a cup of water.close the lid.
Mix all masalas(pepper,jeera,coriander,coconut),Grind the cashew into powder,add to the masala.
put the masala into the pan and stir well,leave it until u see the oil gettg separated.(it takes 15mts to get cooked)
Serve hot.
