
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Yogurt - 4 tbsp
Jeera(jeeragam) - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 (chopped)
Salt to taste
Start:
1. Cook cauliflower in Microwave for 10mts,Drain the remaining water.allow them to cool.
2. Put Yogurt,jeeragam,Green chilli(chopped),salt and mix well.Pachadi ready!
Note:It works well with Briyani,Fried rice,Variety rice.
