Chicken Bajji/Mushroom Bajji/Cauliflower Bajji


Ingredients:

1/2 kg chicken boneless
cut into small pieces
1 tbsp cornflour
1 cup Gram Flour/Chick peas flour (Kadalai mavu)
1 tsp chilli powder
Any Colour essence (a pinch)
salt to taste

Start:

Mix the flour,chilli powder,salt,color essence.Make a thick mix using water
Add the chicken pieces in it. Let it marinate for 1 hr
Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil.
Note:
1.chicken should not be watery when u marinate)
2. Same u can do with cauliflower/Barcoli
