Diamond Cuts


Ingredients:

Maida - 500 gms Coconut - 1
Sugar - 250 gms Salt - 1/2 Tablespoon
Dalda - 60 gms Coconut oil - 1/2 Litre

Start:

1. Mix Salt,Maida,Dalda using Coconut Milk ( make it exactly like what u do for chappati),then cut that into small diamond pieces.
2. Fry them in oil.
3.Put sugar in boiled water(100ml),after 15mts put these pieces into sugar syrup.Its ready!
