
Ingredients:
1 cup Rice, 1 bunch Pudina,1 Bunch coriander leaves, 3 pieces of Garlic, 1 small piece Ginger, 3 green chillies, 1/4 cup coconut, 1 small spoon saunf(sombu), oil for cooking, salt, turmeric powder,Garam Masala - 1/2 Tablespoon
Start:
Wash Pudina leaves and coriander leaves.grind them together and keep separately. Grind coconut, sombu, green chillies, Ginger and Garlic. Take a pan and put a tablespoon of oil/Ghee,add garam masala then add the ground mixture. cook for a minute and then add ground puthinacoriander.After a minute add water for 1 cup of rice(2 cups water),Add washed rice, salt and turmeric powder. cook in pressure cooker like the way rice is cooked.Serve hot.
