Egg Rice


Ingredients:

Egg - 3 (beaten)
Ghee,Oil - 2tbsp
Jeeragam - 1/2 tbsp
onion - 25 gms
Green chilli (chopped) - 3
Salt to taste

Start:

Put ghee,oil in pan,put jeera,onion,red chilli.fry it.Put the beaten egg.once the egg get cooked mix that with 2 cup of boiled rice.Ready!
Note:
1.You can also add Peas,corn.
