Rava Urundai/Balls


Ingredients:

Rava: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Cashewnuts: 6 to 8 nuts
Cardomom (yelakai): 2 to 3 (Powdered)
Ghee: 5 Tablespoon

Start:

1. Fry Rava & Grind it to powder.
2. Grind Sugar.
3. Fry Cashews in Ghee & Keep it aside
4.Mix Rava & Sugar together
5.Add cashews & Cardomom to this;add ghee little by litle and make it to small balls.
