
Ingredients:
Groundnuts/Verkadalai - 1/2 cup
Red Chillies - 3
Grated coconut- 2 tablespoons
Onion- 1 (chopped)
Garlic - 3 (optional)
Tamarind- 1/2 tablespoon
Oil,Salt to taste
Start:
Soak the tamarind paste in water. Roast the groundnuts in a pan (after removing the skins). Fry the red chillies, onion and garlic with a little oil and grind all of the other ingredients and mix well.
