Tomato Chutney/Thakkali Chutney


Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 3 (roughly chopped)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp

Start:

Grind the tomatoes in a blender.In a pan, heat the oil and then splutter the mustard seeds, add the Grinded tomato.Then,add the chilli powder and salt and allow the mixture to boil.Remove from heat.
